José A. Arroyo | Co-Founder and Managing Director
Mr. Arroyo brings over 20 years of experience in consulting, finance, and leadership across both the private and public sectors.
Before co-founding Sinfonica, he served as Head of Business Development at Evertec (EVTC), managing private and government accounts.
He was previously a Senior Engagement Manager at V2A Consulting, and earlier in his career held roles at Popular Inc. and McKinsey & Co., while also venturing into the restaurant industry as an entrepreneur. He holds a Bachelor’s from Boston College and an MBA from NYU Stern.
Marie Frances López | Co-Founder
For more than two decades, Mrs. López has led teams delivering high-quality results in both the private and public sectors. Her previous experience includes roles at Puerto Rico’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Popular Inc., and General Electric.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez, and executive certificates in Management, Design Thinking, and Customer Experience Strategy from MIT Sloan. Outside of work, she enjoys adventures, CrossFit, and traveling.
She is also the founder of IDEAnovations, a firm specializing in process improvement and systems implementation.
