She does more than manage compliance; she helps organizations find the operational rhythm that makes quality a natural part of their culture. Her expertise in ISO 9001, continuous improvement, and program management ensures strategy becomes an executable structure.
Her early career at Red Bull taught her that even the most technical execution must ultimately serve the customer experience. That principle remains central to her work: processes exist to create value for people, not paperwork.
Certified in Design Thinking, Change Management, and Lean Six Sigma, Larissa is committed to the disciplines that foster clarity, collaboration, and alignment. Outside of work, she finds a different rhythm through camping, boating with her family, and her lifelong love of music and dance.
